Main Purpose Of The Receiving Lead Role

This is a full time role for a candidate who will optimize and prioritize the team’s productivity and accuracy by classifying the receiving options according to inbound schedules. (I.e. Receiving, stocking and sorting).

Major Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Manage daily warehouse operation needs, including teams in receiving, sorting and stocking.
• Ensure processes and procedures are followed, maintained and continuously improved in all inbound areas
• Plan resources needed in each department based on workload forecasts
• Monitors productivity levels, errors, partials and reports associated with the area.
• Monitors housekeeping tasks to promote established safe procedures.
• Abides and enforces all company policies and procedures.
  
  

Required Competencies

To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (bilingual is preferred)
• Highly effective training skills and techniques
• Basic working knowledge of communicating through emails
• Hands-on commitment to getting the job done
• Proven work experience in a warehouse environment (as lead/supervisor or above)
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse and packaging leading a large group.
• Computer literate in Excel, Word and email. Experience with a WMS system.
• Bilingual (Spanish & English)

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California, Revolve includes a reasonable estimate of the salary or hourly rate range for this role. This takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions; including but not limited to business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience and training, licensure, and certifications.

A reasonable estimate of the current base hourly/salary range is $19.00/hr to $20.00/hr.
