Graham-Field is looking for a Warehouse Manager for our Hazelwood, MO location! Be part of a team that manufactures and distributes quality medical devices. The staff at this 144,000 sq. ft. facility is responsible for inspecting the incoming quality of goods, picking and packing products correctly with the myriads of individual directions from our various customers to ensure that undamaged products arrive at our customer’s facilities. Graham-Field is seeking a team member in Hazelwood, MO! You will play a crucial role in processing incoming containers, picking products accurately according to dispatch orders, verifying shipping information, examining product quality, and packaging and labeling products. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, and be capable of reaching, bending, and lifting. You should be willing to load and unload containers in various weather conditions, and having forklift certification and warehouse equipment experience is a plus. Assist customers and our internal team, via various telephonic and electronic means with orders for replacement parts, mechanical issues, and a variety of customer needs. Reconcile adverse situations while maintaining positive customer relations and following approved customer support policies and procedures.

Graham-Field is looking for an Accounts Receivable Representative for their Atlanta location! Be part of the business-to-business team that helps place our medical equipment/furniture in hospitals, nursing homes, ambulatory surgery centers, and homecare dealers. Investigate the credit status of both potential customers and those with outstanding accounts through telephone and/or written inquiries. Reconcile customer accounts while maintaining positive customer relations and following approved credit policies and procedures.
