Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter: (Dallas or Houston Based)
We are seeking a skilled recruiter with a passion for finding top talent. A strategic thinker with a knack for building strong relationships. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter at Innovate Consulting, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting the best talent to help us achieve our goals. Responsibility will include sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to assess their qualifications and cultural fit, managing end to end recruiting process, from posting jobs to offer negotiations and collaborating with the Innovate team to ensure a seamless process from start to finish. This position will be compensated 100% on commission.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist, preferred experience in IT and Engineering
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
A passion for finding the right talent to drive organizational success.
