THE ROLE
Nextpoint is looking for a dynamic and experienced Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for SaaS companies, with a focus on finding top talent for both technical and commercial roles. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and attracting candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers.
Responsibilities
Utilize various sourcing methods (e.g., job boards, social media, networking events) to identify potential candidates.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Prepare interview questions and evaluation forms.
Extend job offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates.
Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers
Act as a liaison between candidates and the company throughout the hiring process.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in SaaS recruitment, as well as the legal industry as a whole.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment strategies and processes.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources or related field
2-4 years of proven experience as a recruiter, preferably for SaaS companies and/or within the legal industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
High level of professionalism and integrity.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
