Rising to the Challenge: Position Responsibilities
Flowers Bakeries has an immediate opening for a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Regional Accounts Manager.
Our Regional Accounts Manager will play a key role in developing the customer strategy and growing Flowers Foods’ revenue, distribution, market share, and profitability within the company’s assigned convenience store accounts.
Knead to Know: Preferred Qualifications
- 4+ years’ experience working in Convenience Retail Account Management and CPG sales.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent management experience required
Additional Ingredients: Essential Job Duties
•Manage Direct Retail and Wholesale Accounts
o Meeting and Communicating with Key Customers to Grow Sales, Margin, and Manage Trade Spending
•Manage Broker Network (National and Regional)
o Set Broker Objectives and Hold Accountable for Volume Growth and Performance
•Develop and manage customer relationship within all levels of assigned retailers, buyers, and key decision makers; contribute to customer strategy ensuring local Flowers business objectives are achieved
•Willingness to travel across territory
