Strategic Development Executive at Santova Limited
Santova is an international technology-based trade solutions specialist, delivering innovative end-to-end supply chain solutions. The Group is looking for senior individual to head up and assist with the growth and development of their Los Angeles logistics (3PL-4PL) business.
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent field, preferred
At least 10 years’ experience in 3PL – 4PL environment
Hands-on operational experience would be preferable
Ability to build and grow a region, through new client acquisition involving cold calling and other means.
Client engagement and relationship management at a Board Level.
Excellent Sea, Road and Airfreight operational knowledge/capability.
Good understanding and knowledge of customs and road freight activities.
Very strong leadership attributes with a proven leadership track record.
Role and Responsibilities:
Generate new, profitable business within the Group’s defined parameters
Service existing clients – customs and excise clearing and freight forwarding
Analysis, formulation and implementation of supply chain logistics solutions
Generate and present proposals to clients at Board level
Prepare estimates (costing schedules) to clients
Negotiate client and supplier rate increases annually
