Regional Process Engineer

This is a remote role with a desire for the candidate to be located ideally in the states below

Work cooperatively with customers and each internal department to provide technical support and training. Supporting both planned and unplanned needs and providing timely assistance in a manner which builds business and working relationships are critical to this role.

• Provide process / product support to customers both internal and external to organization.

• Participate in engineering and pre-installation meetings for equipment sales. Review customer processes and installation site prior to shipment (prior to quotation is preferred) to ensure a successful project.

• Conduct spin tests and provide written reports capturing results on all customer submitted samples.

• Be available (as required) for equipment start-ups, for technical support and training of Service Techs., Sales Managers and customer personnel.

Ideal candidates will have the following:

• 5 plus years of dairy (milk, whey, cheese, etc) process experience

• Basic technical knowledge of centrifuge performance and design

• Desire to learn about centrifuges and understand the technical knowledge of centrifuge performance and design and how it functions in a customer’s overall process

• High school Diploma required; Post high school technical school or secondary education/degree preferred

• Proficient at Microsoft office, Dynamics CRM

• Ability to travel extensively (up to 50%)
