Building Industry Partners portfolio, Endeavor, is seeking an experienced Regional Recruiter to lead our recruitment efforts across our diverse portfolio of fire protection businesses. The Recruiter will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive recruitment strategies, attracting top talent, and building a strong employer brand. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in high-volume recruitment and a deep understanding (or strong interest) in the construction and fire protection space.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Implement Recruitment Strategies:

  • Design and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent across all levels of the organization.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to continuously improve recruitment processes and outcomes.

Talent Acquisition:

  • Oversee and action the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Implement best practices in candidate sourcing, assessment, and selection to ensure a diverse and qualified talent pool.

Employer Branding:

  • Help develop and promote a compelling employer brand that attracts top talent in the fire protection industry.
  • Leverage social media, job boards, and other channels to enhance the company's visibility and reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to create engaging recruitment campaigns.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including executives, hiring managers, and HR partners.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to senior leadership on recruitment metrics, challenges, and successes.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on all matters related to talent acquisition.

Compliance and Reporting:

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports.
  • Use analytics and metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in recruitment, ideally within construction and/or similar industries.
  • Proven track record of success in high-volume recruitment, preferably within the fire protection, construction or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, tools, and technologies such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever or similar), etc.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic recruitment plans.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with employer branding and recruitment marketing.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
