We are looking for a talented individual…

CLEAResult is seeking a Residential Energy Efficiency Research Consultant located within proximity to the Portland Metro area to manage and support projects focused on innovations in the residential efficiency sector. The ideal candidate is a proven self-starter who enjoys a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Strong technical, organizational, collaborative, interpersonal and adaptive skills are a must.

In this role candidates will be part of a program delivery team responsible for designing and implementing innovative residential energy-efficiency programs. CLEAResult seeks a candidate with data analysis, project management and building science skills to grow with our company. This candidate will be responsible for research development and implementation to ensure that projects are completed on-time and with high quality. This role is both internal-facing and client-facing, and there is often direct client, customer or trade ally communication and contact. This position will also have tasks ranging from data entry and reporting results, observing and collecting results from field activities, reporting ongoing project status updates and working collaboratively with the team to meet project goals and deliverables.

Examples of current and/or potential research activities include: testing new heat pump customer engagement strategies, alternative methods for bringing duct sealing services to the market and piloting new control strategies for heat pump technologies.

In this exciting career opportunity, you will have…

• 5-10 years combined work experience with residential construction, energy efficiency and/or project management
• Bilingual communication skills a plus (fluency in Spanish preferred)
• Reliable transportation required
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Strong writing and reporting skills.
• Customer service oriented.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and communicate progress of task completion.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under stress, interruptions, and tight deadlines.

Target Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000 / Annually

Compensation Range

$62,700.00 - $94,100.00
