Are you passionate about building relationships and driving sales in the vibrant San Francisco Bay Area? We're looking for a dynamic Sales Account Manager to join our team! In this role, you'll be at the forefront of managing and expanding accounts within the ethnic Asian sales channels, including wholesalers, supermarkets, restaurants, and distributors in the food industry.
What You'll Do
Manage Accounts: Oversee and nurture existing accounts while cultivating new relationships in the food industry, including wholesalers, supermarkets, restaurants, and distributors.
Build Relationships: Develop strong rapport with customers and maintain key relationships to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
Sales Support: Provide comprehensive support including marketing, inventory management, product delivery, and more.
Brand Representation: Act as a brand ambassador in the San Francisco Bay Area, promoting our products and enhancing our market presence.
Reporting & Meetings: Prepare daily reports and participate in weekly sales meetings to keep everyone updated on progress and developments.
What We're Looking For
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in sales or account management with a proven track record in customer service. At least 2 years of experience in the food service, FMCG, or food industry is preferred.
Skills: Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, and a knack for follow-up.
Language: Fluency in Mandarin is required.
Travel: Willingness to travel up to 50%.
