Base pay range

$160,000.00/yr - $190,000.00/yr
As a Sales Director at Adlook, a leading ad tech company, you will be crucial in driving revenue growth by strategically developing business with upper-funnel focus clients and agencies. Utilising Adlook's innovative advertising solutions, you will be responsible for cultivating and nurturing relationships, and securing new business. Responsibilities

  • Build awareness and adoption of Adlook branding solutions with advertisers and agencies through client presentations, conference attendance, and direct sales efforts.
  • Drive new business
  • Engage with senior advertiser executives to drive deal growth,
  • Identify and prioritize efforts to connect with key decision-makers across large corporate advertisers and media agencies as a subject matter expert in the marketplace, educating businesses about Adlook offerings and staying informed about industry trends.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in digital ad sales with a track record of success in selling to clients
  • Understanding the programmatic ecosystem is required
  • Media and communication experience is essential.
  • Consultative selling approach
  • Strong relationship-building skills within brands and agencies.
  • Enthusiastic about the fundamentals of sales, adept at measuring effectiveness, and comfortable engaging with potential clients.
  • Ability to thrive in a startup team environment, embracing change and autonomy.
  • Excellent presentation skills with confidence in executive-level interactions.

The budget starts at $160,000 - 190,000 OTE and is exclusive of the benefits. The pay offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis based on your experience, skills, training, certifications education, etc., and will be informed by market data.
