Key Responsibilities:

- Secure electrification and energy-efficient contracts for multifamily/commercial owners.

- Apply sector expertise in residential, educational, NGOs, and affordable housing.

- Develop a rapid sales pipeline using high-level contacts.

- Implement Challenger Sales and other effective strategies.

- Demonstrate expertise in building science, HVAC, and renewables.

- Cultivate strong relationships with prospective clients.

- Collaborate with sales team and CRO to close deals.


Qualifications

- 5+ years of B2B/B2C sales experience targeting property stakeholders.

- 5+ years of experience selling HVAC, lighting, and energy-saving measures.

- 5+ years in sustainability sales for multifamily or small commercial sectors.

- Knowledge of financing and deal structuring.

- Clear and compelling communicator to diverse audiences.

- Demonstrates integrity, confidence, and strong interpersonal skills.
