TH Daniels Global Executive Search have partnered with a global provider of Mining Parts & Services to recruit a US Sales Manager - Mining Tools & Equipment.
This is a critical position within the business, and will lead a team of sales managers based in the US with responsibility & ownership for managing existing revenue and driving new growth across multiple market verticals.
To be considered for the role you must meet the following requirements:
Eligible to work in the USA without visa sponsorship
Educated with a Mechanical Engineering or related degree discipline. Additional MBA advantageous
Extensive experience within the Mining industry with specific technical knowledge for Mining Tools & Equipment product line
Experience leading sales teams and channel partners across the US
proven experience developing & managing key accounts across different market verticals
Reports to the Global Sales Director
Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
Ownership of all sales, key accounts & channel partners within the US for the Mining Tools & Equipment portfolio
Ownership of the Sales Revenue Target for the US with responsibility for developing & executing strategic sales plans
Identify & develop new sales opportunities within key markets to deliver increased sales revenue
Manage existing channel partners, and identify opportunities for new channel partner relationships to expand market share & coverage
Become subject-matter expert for the product portfolio & service offering to support business development & partners in the region
