We have an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented accountant to join our finance team with the flexibility to work remotely. In this role, you will handle general ledger accounting, month-end close activities, and various essential tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Manage monthly journal entries and reconciliations for assigned accounts.
Upload SAP financial data to the ESPRIT reporting system each month.
Collaborate with finance and accounting teams both across the US and internationally.
Gather and prepare data for federal, state, and local reports and tax returns.
Participate in the periodic Fixed Asset Verification process.
Compile information for periodic financial disclosures and special reports.
Ensure accuracy and compliance with IFRS and other accounting standards.
Support various projects as needed.
What We're Looking For
Proficiency with business tools such as email, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus.
Payroll experience is beneficial.
Ability to work independently with a high degree of autonomy while also being a collaborative team player.
Adaptability and comfort with change, as part of a growing division.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3-5 years of relevant experience.
