Your Responsibilities:
- Participate in audit planning and brainstorming activities.
- Conduct moderately complex audit fieldwork, including preparing work papers observing IIA standards Performs on-going monitoring and important indicator reviews of specific responsibilities.
- Identify risks and articulate their impacts.
- Assess the basic design and operating effectiveness of IT general controls.
- Assess how key controls are incorporated into business applications.
- Develop findings and report documentation.
- Present findings to senior leadership
- Perform follow-up on reported findings and documents results.
- Ensure work papers are prepared observing IIA standards.
- Provide general guidance and training to new staff.
- Be the Audit liaison for low to moderate risk business processes.
- Participate in department, Bank or System-wide projects.
- Assess the effectiveness of low to moderately complex projects to achieve intended goals and benefits, to deliver expected results, and to manage risks.
- Help evaluate the design, function, and actual results from governance & oversight, project & risk management, quality assurance reviews, development/ acquisition, testing, and delivery.
- Communication and stakeholder focused.
- 1+ years of experience
- Bachelor’s Degree; preferred field of study: Accounting, Finance or Business
- CPA, CIA or CISA in progress
- General understanding of Federal Reserve System business lines and strategies at local and System level
