Our Scottsdale based client is an established, industry leading multi-family real estate company. To support their growth, they are partnering exclusively with Headfarmer to identify a passionate and knowledgeable Senior Benefits Administrator to join their expanding HR team. This role will initially be in-office for the first 90 days to facilitate close collaboration with employees and organization leaders. After this period, the position may transition to a hybrid arrangement. Additionally, local travel to company-owned properties and communities may be necessary to engage with employees directly.

Benefits Program Development and Design
Wellness Program Development and Management
Benefits Administration and Compliance
Financial Management and Analysis
Compliance and Regulatory Reporting
Employee Engagement and Education
What you bring:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
5+ years of experience in benefits administration or related HR role.
Strong knowledge of benefits regulations, compliance requirements, and industry trends.
Experience managing relationships with benefit vendors and negotiating contracts.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with employees at all levels.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
