Top Ranked General Contractor actively seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead their projects through completion.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Senior Superintendent will have a strong track record of completing Ground Up New Construction, Additions, and Renovations of Warehouses and Distribution Centers consisting of tilt wall, cold storage, freezers, grocery, food, and retail. Ensuring their successful delivery within schedule and budget along with the ability to manage vendors, subcontractors, field staff throughout projects. Additional experience and skills will be considered: Pre-engineered Metal Buildings (PEMB), Insulated Metal Panels (IMP), Cooler & Freezer Additions in Warehouses, AS/RS, Food Processing, High End Offices, and Big Box Retail.

Select Responsibilities:

• Provide field oversight for all phases of assigned construction projects
• Develop and manage project schedules.
• Manage subcontractor performance relationships.
• Be responsible for both the timeliness and total quality of assigned projects.
• Prepare project documentation for coordination and effective site management.
• Promote an Injury-free job site through safety initiatives and award winning Company safety program.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations.
• Responsible for coordinating and communicating with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 7-10 years of Lead Superintendent experience
• Exceptional knowledge of construction processes and procedures; ability to successfully manage complex projects through to completion
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
