Job Description

DDN is searching for a Senior Finance Manager to join our Finance team. You will interact with senior management to provide business analytics and insights that will facilitate critical decision making. You will also be responsible for providing financial guidance and budgetary support. You should possess strong analytical skills, the ability to interpret and combine complex and varied data sets and be able to communicate the results of your analysis in the context of solving a business problem. You will be viewed as THE subject matter expert on all things finance by the business groups that you support. You will grow and manage a team of finance analysts. You must have experience in the technology industry, preferably in a systems or SaaS business.

What You'll Do

  • Develop analytics to track and measure business results and financial performance; establish forecast methodology to facilitate decision-making
  • Periodic reporting on financial performance
  • Budgets and budgetary guidance to the business leaders
  • Continuously improve the quality, efficiency and value of financial information produced by the finance team
  • Establish relationships and be viewed as an expert and trusted business partner by the teams you support

What We’re Looking For

  • 10 years of in finance or business, with proven analytics/modeling experience, with 5 years of managerial experience
  • Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, MBA a plus (or equivalent experience)
  • Expert proficiency with Excel; experience in Oracle ERP and SFDC
  • Relevant experience in a systems/SaaS business is required
  • Complex analysis incorporating different aspects of the business
  • Detail-orientated with a willingness to delve deeply into all types of relevant data
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, including effective communication at all levels within the Company
  • Ability to filter out the ‘noise’ and focus on relevant decision making criteria
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build successful relationships and partner with all levels of a company's organization
  • A desire to deliver results in a high growth company.
