Job Summary

As the Executive Director/Administrator, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our community, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Your focus will be on maintaining high levels of satisfaction among residents and team members while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Operational Management

  • Manage health, social, maintenance, housekeeping, and dining services to enhance resident lifestyles.
  • Lead department heads to ensure seamless operations.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to deliver a unified experience for residents and staff.

Leadership And Team Building

  • Foster a positive work environment based on trust, respect, and teamwork.
  • Encourage professional growth and development among team members.
  • Implement effective communication strategies to enhance employee engagement.

Sales And Marketing

  • Maintain community occupancy levels through collaboration with marketing teams.
  • Support public relations efforts to effectively promote community services.

Programs And Culture

  • Oversee community activities and programs to enrich resident experiences.
  • Create a warm and welcoming environment in line with our commitment to quality care.

Compliance And Financial Management

  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Manage budgetary goals and financial performance in collaboration with the finance team.

Resident Care And Satisfaction

  • Provide residents with personalized care to enhance their quality of life.
  • Address resident concerns promptly and maintain open communication channels.

Skills And Experience

  • Minimum of five years' leadership experience in a senior living or long-term care setting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, drive operational efficiency, and implement quality improvement initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Valid California RCFE license or ability to obtain one.
