We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager of Reporting and Technical Accounting to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our financial operations, ensuring compliance with accounting policies and US GAAP, and assisting in key projects and initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Corporate Controller to oversee various financial functions, including consolidation, Year-End Audit, technical accounting, acquisition accounting, inter-company transactions, including inter-company financing, foreign currency transactions, and other critical projects.
• Provide support to executive management by addressing their initiatives and requests related to financial reporting and technical accounting matters.
• Work closely with our affiliates to ensure alignment on accounting and reporting issues, promoting adherence to accounting policies and standards.
• Maintain strict compliance with US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Prepare specialized reports as required by corporate management, offering critical insights to support strategic decision-making.

Competencies:

• Public Accounting experience
• Proficient in Technical Accounting, consolidation, and reporting, demonstrating a deep understanding of complex accounting principles.
• Possess excellent computer skills, particularly in Excel, to effectively analyze and present financial data.
• Exhibit strong analytical skills and a self-motivated work ethic, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
