Senior Sales Director
Koddi is on the lookout for a seasoned Senior Account Executive to enrich our team. This role is pivotal in fostering relationships with top-tier retailers and commerce enterprises across North America. The perfect candidate will be adept in professional engagements and equipped with the strategic insight necessary to sell our sophisticated solutions, working in seamless partnership with our leadership team.
What will you do?
Koddi is a global technology company with software and services that help top digital marketplaces effectively monetize their first-party audiences through industry-leading commerce media technology and strategy. Our enterprise platforms leverage first-party data to drive marketplace revenue and profit by improving user experience and target shoppers throughout the purchase path. Koddi’s platforms enable any advertiser, any marketplace, in any industry to increase awareness, generate demand, and drive revenue.
What will you do?
- Cultivate robust relationships by assisting prospects in identifying and seizing opportunities within the Commerce/Retail Media sectors.
- Lead deal processes in tight coordination with our extended leadership team, overseeing all phases of the sales cycle, including opportunity assessment, discovery, RFP submissions, proposals, and closure.
- Present our solutions through a consultative approach, engaging in meaningful dialogues with clients about how our services can address their challenges and bolster business objectives.
- Collaborate with the customer success and finance teams to tailor and price deals, ensuring a custom fit for our clients.
- A minimum of 8 years of sales experience in platform sales within the adtech sphere.
- Proven track record in Commerce/Retail Media.
- Demonstrated experience managing deals with an ARR exceeding $5M.
- Comprehensive understanding of our platform's capabilities and the ability to articulate these to clients.
- Skilled in forging and nurturing strategic relationships.
- Team-oriented approach, with the ability to work in concert with clients, management, and peers.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- A keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to organization.
