Senior Salesforce Project Manager - CPQ & Agile Expert

Your Role

We seek an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to lead our projects with confidence and hands-on expertise. You will be the key point of contact for our clients, guiding them through the project lifecycle while managing complex projects with excellence. This role requires understanding client needs, leading a talented team, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. This is a 100% remote position.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with the Solution Architect to develop and adjust project plans to meet evolving requirements.
• Lead or co-lead business analysis functions, including:
• Conducting discovery workshops to gather and document business processes and requirements.
• Creating process flow diagrams and user stories.
• Developing implementation estimates and plans for configuration, development, testing, training, and support.
• Designing test scripts and participating in end-user acceptance testing.
• Manage daily project operations and client relationships, ensuring client needs are met with respect and responsiveness.
• Build and manage effective teams throughout all phases of an Agile Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Oversee project deliverables, financials, and schedules to ensure timely and successful implementation.
• Monitor project status, assess risks, and adjust plans as needed.
• Perform impact analysis for scope changes and document modifications to requirements.
• Apply Agile methodology effectively and enforce project standards.
• Communicate clearly on risks, scope changes, and change management processes.
  

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of Salesforce experience in a consulting role as a Business Analyst and/or Project Manager, specifically with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Enterprise Salesforce CPQ projects, including data migrations and ERP integrations.
• Experience with Salesforce org consolidation/migration projects is a plus.
• Proven expertise in Agile SDLC project management.
• Ability to bridge business and technical teams to deliver timely and effective solutions.
• Skilled in gap analysis and requirements traceability matrices.
• Excellent client-facing communication skills, both written and oral.
• Adaptable and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with tools like Visio, Jira, Confluence, Prodly, Copado, or similar is desirable.
• Experience in High Tech or Manufacturing industries is highly desired.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Active Salesforce certifications or the ability to achieve relevant certifications within the first few months of hire.
• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or information systems.
