Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Service Writer located in Dallas, TX. The Service Writer will be responsible for phone etiquette, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, computer literacy, and effective communication skills. The role involves managing service requests, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring a smooth service experience for customers.

Experience in the automotive or transportation industry is a plus
