JDRoss Energy is on the hunt for seasoned Solar and BESS engineers to join our clients team in a pivotal utility-scale design role. This is a permanent, full-time direct hire position, allowing you to work remotely for a dynamic and expanding developer.
Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing multiple projects across the U.S. simultaneously
Engaging in both PV and BESS projects
Executing detailed designs
Leading and mentoring junior engineers
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
Proficiency with PVsyst, AutoCAD, and PVCase
A minimum of 6 years of experience as an electrical design engineer in solar and BESS
Proven experience in utility-scale projects
