Role: Solution Architect

Location: Atlanta, GA (Remote)

Job Description

  • Experienced solution architect with strong experience in Insurance domain, a go getter, proactive candidate.
  • Conduct a thorough needs analysis to understand the client's/carrier's business requirements and goals.
  • Conduct a detailed discovery session with the clients to gather all their benefit requirements
  • Develop a comprehensive project plan, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with the client to design a tailored solution that meets their specific needs.
  • Work with product management and technical teams to configure the solution.
  • Develop a detailed implementation plan, including data migration, testing, and training.
  • Conduct EDI requirements discovery with respective Carriers to gather their file specifications
  • Conduct thorough payroll implementation projects, including setup, testing, and go-live.
  • Work with the Implementation team to complete the EDI and payroll file builds
  • Conduct the system walkthrough with the clients/carriers
  • Support the clients to complete UAT testing
  • Coordinate with Carriers, clients and/or 3rd party providers for timely delivery of files to respective stake holders
