Baptist Health is hiring a Sr. Compliance Liaison to join the Compliance & Audit team. This is a full-time opportunity located on the downtown Jacksonville campus of Baptist Health.
Responsibilities Include
Manage the coordination of projects across the department to support enterprise strategic initiatives.
In consultation with the SVP Compliance & Internal Audit, Chief Compliance Officer triage resources requests and coordinate department book of business.
Coordinate the hand-off of, and monitor response and corrective action plan execution to, allegations of non-compliance received within the department.
Monitor newly enacted or revised federal, state, and local laws and regulations and prepare summary for work plan consideration.
Serve as a supportive liaison between the SVP Compliance & Internal Audit, Chief Compliance Officer and the respective Board Committee and/or Member, Executive Leadership, key stakeholders, and business partners to assist with issue assignment and response.
In consultation with the SVP Compliance & Internal Audit, Chief Compliance Officer coordinate the collection of materials for Board and Committee meetings, prepare packets, distribute and provide overall support.
Provide direct support for investigations requiring as determined by the SVP Compliance & Internal Audit, Chief Compliance Officer
