We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sr. Product Specialist II (Product Manager) to join our growing Product Management team. This leader will focus on driving a holistic and dynamic customer experience from ideation to execution, improving online conversion, supporting new business initiatives, and leading platform improvements for scale. This is an ideal role for an analytical problem solver with a passion for e-commerce and large-scale search.

What You'll Do Here

  • Effectively prioritize across a broad list of initiatives, working closely with the Head of Product and Engineering, business stakeholders and the scrum teams to balance customer experience, opportunity, risk, and time to market.
  • Engage and nourish stakeholder and customer relationships to understand moments of delight, opportunities, and pain points in the shopping journey.
  • Be a student of eCommerce and creatively marry industry trends and experiences with the unique product offering of Spoonflower.
  • Drive downstream product deliverables associated with a given initiative, including business cases, hypotheses, user requirements, and acceptance criteria.
  • Challenge the organization to be data-driven and quality-focused; leverage data to help drive decisions, maintain a mindset focused on continuous process improvement, and champion hypothesis setting, split testing, and rigorous analysis.
  • Identify and resolve risks, trade-offs, and obstacles, and understand when to engage leadership teams for support.
  • Define, participate in, and manage processes for bug tracking, triaging, and resolution.

The Skills You'll Bring

  • 3-5 years of product management experience in an Agile environment or relevant industry experience.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and ability to manage product backlogs.
  • Experience managing a platform roadmap; replatforming experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Atlassian tools, including JIRA and Confluence.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly with large-scale systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of search engine optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and social channel best practices and how they connect and interacted with the .com channel.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the technology or software development industry.
  • Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools.
  • Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner).

The compensation package for this role is based on multiple factors, such as job level, responsibilities, location, and candidate experience. The base pay ranges included below are specific to the locations listed, and may not be applicable to other locations.

California : [$104,000-148,000]

Connecticut, New York, and Rhode Island: [$104,000-135,500]

Colorado and Washington: [$104,000-125,500]

Nevada: [$97,750-135,500]

This opportunity can be remote, but candidates must reside in a state in which Shutterfly is registered to do business. This includes all US states except District of Columbia, North Dakota, Mississippi, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Wyoming.
