Job Overview: We are seeking a strategic Senior Regional Marketing Manager to drive revenue growth in the East region of the Americas. This role is critical to achieving our ambitious revenue goals by developing impactful marketing strategies and demand generation programs that directly contribute to the regional pipeline. As part of the Americas Marketing team, reporting to the Director of East and Federal Marketing, the Senior RMM will work closely with the Neo4j East sales team to create and implement effective demand generation initiatives. They will also collaborate with corporate, digital, and product marketing to ensure alignment and drive business results. The Senior RMM will be responsible for developing and executing a marketing plan focused on lead generation, pipeline growth, and innovative programs that differentiate us within the East's customer and prospect accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and Own East Region Marketing Strategy: Create a comprehensive marketing strategy across digital, partner, ABM, and event channels to drive leads, opportunities, and revenue growth.
  • Optimize Marketing Performance: Drive the execution of a high-impact marketing mix, optimizing efforts to meet key performance indicators, including MQLs and SAOs.
  • Collaborative Lead Generation: Work cross-functionally with all marketing teams to plan and execute integrated lead generation programs, including digital campaigns, content creation, virtual trainings, corporate events, and webinars.
  • Execute East-Specific Events and Campaigns: Lead the strategy and execution of regional events, including Neo4j-owned events, roadshows, trainings, and 3rd party conferences. Oversee all aspects from audience segmentation and promotion to lead management and outcome tracking.
  • Drive Channel Partner Engagement: Build and strengthen relationships with channel partners by leading joint marketing efforts to boost demand generation in the region.
  • Sales Alignment: Engage closely with the local sales team to ensure alignment on marketing strategies and seamless execution of initiatives.
  • Continuous Optimization and Reporting: Regularly analyze program performance and provide insights for optimizing efficiency and results.

Who you’ll work with: As a key member of the Americas Marketing team, you will drive high-quality lead generation programs that guide customers and prospects through their buyer journey using digital, partner, and event marketing. In this senior role, you will develop and execute quarterly marketing plans aligned with budgets, focusing on digital initiatives, regional activities, and local events to drive pipeline growth. Cross-functional collaboration is essential, as you will:

  • Partner with product marketing, creative, partner marketing, SDRs, and local sales teams to meet business goals.
  • Collaborate with global and corporate marketing teams to measure and communicate results consistently.
  • Align with sales leadership to prioritize regional needs and execute lead generation programs that support those priorities.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred.
  • Ideally based in or around Boston, NYC, or Washington, D.C.
  • 8+ years of regional marketing experience, including digital programs and events; ABM familiarity is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in pipeline generation marketing.
  • Strong demand generation, analytical, problem-solving, and event development skills.
  • Excellent communication and influence across all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to collaborate internally and with external partners, and work autonomously in the region.
  • Goal-oriented, self-starter with the ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Proactive learner and creative problem-solver in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong project management skills, capable of leading end-to-end initiatives.
  • Strategic thinker with strong tactical execution abilities.
  • Skilled in budgeting and maximizing ROI.
  • Proficient in Marketo and Salesforce.

The annual base salary range for this position based in the United States is listed below. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on Neo4j’s compensation practices, job related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and trainings, in addition to geographic location. Based on the factors above, Neo4j utilizes the full width of the range.

In addition to the range below, US employees are eligible for a stock option grant and certain roles are eligible for an annual bonus. Employees in this position are also eligible to participate in the Company’s standard benefit programs, which currently include the following: medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401(k), paid time off, and certain leaves of absence.
