Role Overview
As a Supply Chain & Operations Associate, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless flow of operations. From processing daily orders with precision to managing inventory documentation, your attention to detail will drive our success. Collaborate closely with diverse teams, maintaining clear communication to optimize our supply chain efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Process daily orders with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
Manage documentation for inbound and outbound inventory.
Collaborate on inventory management, including stock rotation and order fulfillment.
Maintain organized records and prepare detailed reports.
Provide administrative support across various departments.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's or College degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in import and export logistics is advantageous.
Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Team-oriented with a proactive approach to challenges.
Fluency in Mandarin is required.
