Values aren't just something you post on the wall of the office (I mean, they are, obviously, but they can't be JUST something you post on the wall of the office). When we challenged Isabel Fratt, PMP and Channing Wysopal to "make the poster more than a poster" they came up with a beautifully elegant solution - a QR code that activates our colleague nomination page to highlight a colleague who has exemplified one of our core values.
