Job Responsibilities

• Calculate workload using forecasted volume and contact center metrics for long-term headcount planning.
• Identify and address efficiency and profitability issues by restructuring business aspects and resource allocation.
• Work closely with Operations/Service Delivery, Change Management, Finance, and other teams to drive the strategic direction of supply planning.
• Analyze and continuously improve demand forecast and supply assumptions.
• Access and analyze data from various sources to share insights and improve productivity metrics.
  
  

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong knowledge and experience in Headcount/Inventory/Supply Planning.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and SQL for executive data analysis.
• Excellent partnership and communication abilities for internal and external collaboration.
