Description

GXM is looking to hire a Technical Account Manager (TAM). This is a full-time exempt position that can be conducted remotely. The Technical Account Manager (TAM) is a DevSecOps Sr. Engineer capable of supporting the USAF Customer Journey from DevSecOps CI/CD Tech perspective. A DevSecOps Sales Engineer (DSE) is a developer skilled engineer who supports customer teams as they travel through DoD Platform One’s Party Bus, Big Bang, and CNAP lifecycles within CI/CD pipeline and DevSecOps services. The TAM / DSE is considered a "generalist" on CI/CD pipeline and security requirements with a strong knowledge of the products being supported as well as the platform. This role is dedicated to the Customer Success and Customer Engagement value stream.

This role requires the applicant possess an ACTIVE Secret or higher security clearance. Applications that do not meet this requirement WILL NOT be considered.

Requirements

U.S. Citizenship required

  • Active Secret Clearance or above required
  • IAT Level II Approved Certification
  • Firm understanding of new technologies and expert-level knowledge of the latest approaches (e.g., auto-scaled cloud-based systems, serverless architectures, cloud/on-premises hybrid solutions).
  • Proficiency in Agile and DevSecOps methodologies.
  • Experience in providing DevSecOps implementation using tools such as Jenkins, Gitlab, or similar.
  • Proficiency in creating and maintaining documentation for implementations.
  • Experience in developing, testing, and maintaining containerized applications.
  • Working knowledge of source version control, build/release tools and methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with Software Build process.
  • Skillset capable of building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for a large enterprise consisting of hundreds of applications.
  • Strong 'security-first' mindset.
  • Experience with cloud systems and architectures (e.g., Amazon AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure).
  • Experience in developing software using one or more of the following languages and frameworks: Java, Spring framework, JBoss, Python, JavaScript, node.js, and/or Angular.
  • Strong track record in engaging with technical stakeholders and decision-makers within the DoD or similar environments.

Desired Skills And Qualifications

  • BS degree in a related field.
  • 5+ years of related work experience.
