Your opportunity

Vytalize is looking for a Technical Project Coordinator (CDI) to provide data expertise for the clinical documentation integrity team to support operational functions. The role is internal and external partner facing and will be responsible for a set of tasks associated with providing critical infrastructure support.

What You Will Do

  • Partner with practices to obtain access to clinical data sets including EMRs/EHRs that power our ongoing value-based care support model
  • Engage directly with practice providers and executives
  • Monitor coding vendor production to ensure throughput against business deliverables
  • Engage practices to connect to data streams for value-add activities
  • Measure, report and validate outcomes from coding operations
  • Provide insights to administrative staff to manage operations
  • Partner with vendors, managing data sharing and progress tracking
  • Review trends in performance data and share analytical insights with leadership
  • Update performance metrics across the clinical documentation improvement team
  • Monitor throughput from access to coding to partner practice participation
  • Escalate performance gaps to facilitate change management

What will make you successful here

  • Minimum BS/BA or minimum or 4 years of related experience required
  • 1-2+ years of Technical project coordination experience
  • 1 year of EMR/EHR experience (highly preferred)
  • Healthcare project coordinator experience (highly preferred)
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive organizational growth and meet operational goals.
  • Financial acumen with experience in budget management and reporting.
  • Current awareness of healthcare industry trends and regulatory changes.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, a sense of ownership and comfortable operating in ambiguity
  • Solution oriented with the ability to think strategically and creatively in decision-making
  • Strong work ethic to exceed expectations and goals
  • Coachable and able to take direction and feedback well, yet being forward-thinking to challenge the status quo
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Salary Range: 60,000-70,000K, DOE
