Technical Recruiter

We are seeking a skilled Recruiter to join our client in the financial services fields team. This role involves managing the full-cycle recruitment process to attract top talent for various positions. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide high-quality candidates who align with our company’s values and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition: Source, attract, and engage candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Recruitment Process: Oversee the full recruitment cycle from job postings to offer negotiations, ensuring an efficient and effective hiring process.
• Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, recruitment strategies, and assess candidate fit for each role.
• Candidate Experience: Provide a positive and professional experience for all candidates, offering timely updates and constructive feedback.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, sourcing strategies, and candidate assessment.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
