Role Description:
We are looking for a Test Manager to coordinate all testing and integrations for a large financial transformation project. This Test Manager will be responsible for the testing in the capital modeling and CCAR area.
Drive, implement, and have those tough convos when things go off the rails
Someone who is strategic and keeps the team moving along from a testing process perspective- meets testing standards that are required.
Requirements
Strong experience as a Test Manager with heavy banking industry experience
Looking for a test manager with the Regulatory Capital Management and Modeling (CCAR and CECL)- model life cycle
ETL is preferred
Large-scale experience developing a full testing/implementation plan across the program.
Jira experience is highly preferred- need to have test management tools like qtest, azure -DevOps- anything that isn’t an Excel spreadsheet
Experience with test automation tools, not architect-level
