Who You Are:
We are seeking an aggressively creative, highly motivated, and innovative TikTok Shop Growth Strategist and manager to oversee and drive meteoric success of our TikTok Shop. BRĒZ has become the #1 Beverage on TikTok Shop and is on track to become a top 10 TikTok Shop product overall and looking for the right person to lead the way.
Your Responsibilities and Expectations:
Exceptional ability to curate, direct, and collaborate with creators at scale to ensure their ability to create exceptional videos that convert consistently
Manage retained creators for ongoing non-affiliate-based UGC retainers
Manage a roster of TikTok Live creators and ensure they have everything needed to succeed at scale
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and acquire new TikTok affiliates and brand customers at scale
Direct TikTok advertising experience, GMV Max experience, creative library management, and ability to work with the broader social advertising team on reaching brand-wide aggressive growth and profitability goals
Oversee merchandising, promotions, product listing health and inventory planning for the TikTok Shop storefront to maximize sales
Stay up-to-date on TikTok shopping features and trends to identify new opportunities
Track KPIs and prepare reports on growth, engagement, and sales
Build annual goals, growth projections, marketing needs, and inventory forecasts to fuel growth on TikTok Shop
Collaborate cross-functionally with digital marketing, merchandising, finance, and operations teams
Stay up-to-date with the latest changes to TikTok trends
Qualifications:
3+ years' experience in DTC growth, ecommerce, social commerce, or related
Strong understanding of influencer marketing and paid social strategies
Analytics skills and data-driven mindset
Excellent project management and organizational abilities
Entrepreneurial spirit and comfort operating in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment
Passion for social media and emerging digital technologies
Passion for functional wellness, non-alcoholic beverage, cannabis, mushrooms, and other adaptogenic or nootropic therapeutic compounds
In-depth knowledge of the TikTok advertising platform and consumer behaviors on the platform
