Traveling Superintendent - Hotel Construction/Renovation

Position Overview

We are a premier name for Hotel Renovation in the United States! We are seeking an experienced Hotel/hospitality Superintendent to oversee the construction and renovation of hotels in the Southeast & California. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality and hotel construction. The position is a traveling position around the United States but predominately in the Southeast and California.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed within budget and on schedule
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure designs and plans are accurate and feasible
• Oversee the selection and procurement of materials and equipment
• Coordinate and supervise the work of contractors and construction teams
• Communicate with hotel owners and management to provide regular updates on project progress
• Troubleshoot any issues that arise during construction and provide effective solutions
• Ensure all projects are completed to the highest quality standards
  
  

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Experience in Hotel Construction and Renovation
• Must be Willing to Travel out of State
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
• Proven Experience as a Construction Superintendent and/or Project Manager
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
