Overview:

Responsibilities:

• Conduct independent research on various aspects and features of websites, prototypes, and experiences.
• Create compelling usability study scripts, discussion guides, and comprehensive reports.
• Meet with international clients across diverse industries to understand their needs, research objectives, and goals.
• Conduct remote moderated and unmoderated studies, utilizing a blend of qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
• Analyze data and craft reports with design and navigational recommendations.
• Showcase findings through engaging oral presentations to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Possess 3+ years of hands-on experience as a UX Researcher, managing projects from start to finish.
• Fluent in English and German, with excellent presentation and client interaction skills.
• Hold at least an undergraduate degree in human-computer interaction, psychology, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of UX research principles and methodologies, with expertise in various methods including most of the following: card sorting, moderated/unmoderated sessions, tree testing, online surveys, heuristic analysis, benchmark studies, diary studies, A/B testing, and focus groups.
• Demonstrable analytical skills, adept at synthesizing complex data into actionable insights

• Ability to efficiently handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent collaboration skills, fostering seamless teamwork within the departmentand across teams.
• Comfortable working remotely with an international team and clients.
• Proven capability to offer clients tailored recommendations on methodologies to address their research questions.

Bonus Points:

• Possession of a Masters or PhD in human-computer interaction, psychology, or a related field.
• Fluency in other languages.
