Overview:

Responsibilities:
Conduct independent research on various aspects and features of websites, prototypes, and experiences.
Create compelling usability study scripts, discussion guides, and comprehensive reports.
Meet with international clients across diverse industries to understand their needs, research objectives, and goals.
Conduct remote moderated and unmoderated studies, utilizing a blend of qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
Analyze data and craft reports with design and navigational recommendations.
Showcase findings through engaging oral presentations to stakeholders.
Requirements:
Possess 3+ years of hands-on experience as a UX Researcher, managing projects from start to finish.
Fluent in English and German, with excellent presentation and client interaction skills.
Hold at least an undergraduate degree in human-computer interaction, psychology, or a related field.
Strong understanding of UX research principles and methodologies, with expertise in various methods including most of the following: card sorting, moderated/unmoderated sessions, tree testing, online surveys, heuristic analysis, benchmark studies, diary studies, A/B testing, and focus groups.
Demonstrable analytical skills, adept at synthesizing complex data into actionable insights
Soft Skills:
Self-organization and time management in a fast-paced setting
Ability to efficiently handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines
Excellent collaboration skills, fostering seamless teamwork within the departmentand across teams.
Comfortable working remotely with an international team and clients.
Proven capability to offer clients tailored recommendations on methodologies to address their research questions.
Bonus Points:
Possession of a Masters or PhD in human-computer interaction, psychology, or a related field.
Fluency in other languages.
