The Role

The Vice President, Clinical Strategy will provide strategic guidance and recommendations to the Clinical Business Until leadership team. As the VP, of Clinical Strategy, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing strategic initiatives that accelerate our growth and fulfill our mission.

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute product-line growth strategies.
  • Identify new market opportunities and forge strategic partnerships.
  • Drive revenue growth through innovative initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate across departments (commercial, clinical, tech, finance) to align and integrate strategic initiatives.
  • Understand customer needs, pain points, and buying behaviors across clinical stakeholders (providers, payers, patients).
  • Market Insights and Innovation:Conduct in-depth market and competitive analyses to identify unmet clinical needs and emerging trends.
  • Collaborate to help define the strategic roadmap for clinical solutions, including new product concepts, pricing, and enhancements.
  • Evaluate and prioritize clinical solution concepts based on clinical impact, market demand, and technical feasibility.
  • Strategic Partnerships and Risk Management: Identify potential strategic partnerships to supportgrowth goals.
  • Mitigate risks and challenges that may impact our strategic objectives.


Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, clinical solutions design, strategic planning, and/or business development in clinical trials.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing growth strategies in a leadership role.
  • Extensive experience in identifying and capitalizing on new marketing opportunities.
  • Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic mindset focused on achieving business objectives.


The expected base salary for this position ranges from $210,000 to $235,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
