Headquartered in Tarrytown, New York, with its main operations center in Albany, New York, our client is a national company with employees in all 50 states. Our client is a leader in evaluation services and clinical research.


Location: Tarrytown, NY or Remote with travel as needed to office locations in multiple states.


Position: VP of HR


Description: Responsible for the national HR service delivery to 1100 employees across the United States in 200+ offices. In addition to 1100 employees, the company has several thousand 1099s, primarily MDs, PAs, NPs, and Psychologists. The VP of HR is responsible for onboarding and compliance, policy deployment, employee relations, health & welfare, HR administration, HR systems and data, 1099 contracts, and HR solutions strategy. During the acquisition process the VP of HR will lead the onboarding of offices to include all HR evaluations of compliance and promotion of the company culture. This position reports to the President.


Pay: 190k-210k with bonus (20-25%). The Base Pay depends on location. This position will get an equity offer and be part of the Senior Leadership Team. They will become a shareholder of a privately held company able to capitalize on the growth and success.


Thoughts on the position: This is a very unique position that will work with the President. The company offers a full suite of HR services and systems and looking to maximize the value of its systems to drive performance and profitability. As new companies are bought, those companies must align their HR policies to the platform company. This will be a fast-paced opportunity due to the planned growth of the company as it will continue to add acquisitions with strategic value over the next 5 years. All growth right now is planned for in the United States.


Requirements: Senior HR leadership and experience in the Medical Services community preferred. 15+ years of experience. Knowledge of Medical compliance and HIPAA records storage is preferred. PE experience preferred.
