About the Position:
As the Vice President, Practice Growth at Skin Clique, you will lead our Provider Growth team, Provider Support team, and our and Clinical team. Drawing on your extensive experience in the skincare or aesthetics industry, you will oversee provider growth strategies with a focus on cohesion in messaging and strategy across sales and clinical teams. A key focus will be on harnessing the potential of a non-traditional sales force comprised of Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs). You will drive revenue by implementing provider practice growth strategies, customizing sales approaches for target markets, and developing both provider and customer educational materials.
In addition to overseeing quality control processes and launch strategies for the for the Clinical team, you will collaborate closely with the Marketing team to align promotions and marketing initiatives with the needs of our provider workforce, fueling the overall success and growth of Skin Clique.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Leadership and Clinical Team Collaboration:
Oversee the Practice Growth, Provider Support, and Clinical teams and provide strategic oversight to empower and guide our 500+ providers in the field to grow their patient panels while upholding excellence in patient care and safety
Provide support and resources to help providers leverage their own networks effectively
Structure and implement tailored education programs for our field providers, equipping them with the tools and knowledge to excel in their roles
Clearly communicate key initiatives, new product launches, promotions, process changes, and innovations to the provider workforce
Collaborate with the Senior Director, Clinical Services to standardize the educational curricula and ensure consistency in training across all clinical teams
Serve as the voice of the healthcare provider across the organization
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the clinical team, provider growth, and provider support teams, adjusting as needed to improve provider performance and patient satisfaction.
Revenue Growth Strategy:
Using the provider workforce as the vehicle, the VP of Practice Growth will develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to maximize revenue from services and skincare lines, identifying opportunities for growth and optimization
In partnership with the COO, implement strategic direction to drive revenue through effective pricing, promotions, and marketing campaigns
Implement an intentional community engagement program run by the Clinical Team as a tool to engage Skin Clique providers and increase productivity
Reporting and Analytics:
Maintain a weekly and monthly dashboard displaying high-level metrics to inform team leaders of department progress
Report team progress, new initiatives, and key performance indicators to C-suite leaders
Use KPIs to shape strategy and areas of opportunity for the provider workforce
Clinical Team Oversight:
Collaborate with the Clinical Lead to ensure adherence to rigorous standards of care and safety across all clinical services and operations
Oversee the development and implementation of protocols to enhance the patient experience within clinical settings
Work closely with the Clinical team to continuously improve processes and procedures aimed at optimizing patient care and satisfaction
Provide guidance and support to clinical staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality care consistent with Skin Clique's standards
Monitor key performance indicators related to clinical operations and patient outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed
Foster a culture of continuous learning and development by creating additional educational materials for our providers. These resources will empower them to continue growing and innovating, ultimately promoting excellence in patient care and service delivery
Promote ongoing innovation in patient care by delivering cutting-edge research and clinical advancements to providers
In partnership with the Clinical lead, standardize the patient experience so that it is delightful and cultivate raving fans.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or equivalent preferred.
Proven experience (8+ years) in skincare or aesthetic medicine industry
Demonstrated success in driving service and online sales growth and achieving revenue targets with a field sales team In-depth understanding of skincare industry trends
Experience with successful product and promotion launches and leveraging a salesforce as the conversion point
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Strong marketing background and understanding of the importance of marketing channels to drive success in this position
