The expertise you’ll bring to your new team:

• 10+ years of engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Proven track record of scaling engineering teams and delivering complex, high-impact products.
• Knowledge of AI, machine learning, and modern software development practices. Experience with our technology stack (Node.js, Python, React, Next.js, PostgreSQL, AWS) is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a remote, globally distributed team.
• Ability to think strategically and execute methodically. Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
