Job Description

As the VP of Growth at Augmentjobs, you will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies to drive the company's expansion and market presence. You will lead a dynamic team, collaborate with cross-functional departments, and leverage data-driven insights to achieve ambitious growth targets. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, leadership, and hands-on execution to accelerate customer acquisition, retention, and overall revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development: Create and implement growth strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. Identify new market opportunities and evaluate competitive positioning.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics and market research to inform decision-making and optimize growth tactics. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies based on performance metrics.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of growth professionals, including marketing, sales, and product teams. Foster a culture of collaboration and high performance.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the development and execution of growth campaigns, including digital marketing, content creation, and partnership initiatives.
  • Customer Insights: Analyze customer behavior and feedback to refine growth strategies and enhance user experience. Implement strategies to improve customer acquisition and retention.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to align growth initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Budget Management: Manage the growth budget effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximize return on investment.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates to the executive team on growth performance, challenges, and opportunities. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations.

Skills And Qualifications

  • Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in growth roles, preferably in a fast-paced or tech-driven environment.
  • Leadership: Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams. Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Expertise in data analysis and using insights to drive growth. Proficiency in growth metrics, KPIs, and A/B testing.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute strategic growth plans. Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
  • Marketing Knowledge: Experience with digital marketing, content strategy, and growth hacking techniques. Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in growth tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, marketing automation tools).
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present complex data and strategies clearly to stakeholders.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
