Job Description

As a Senior Consultant, you will contribute to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will play a customer-facing role and get involved in Requirement Analysis, Business Process Documentation & Solution Design. You will develop, configure and deploy the solution. You will guide teams on project processes and deliverables. You will contribute to the proposal development, demonstrating the application to the potential customers and internal capability building. You will have the opportunity to be part of our premier consulting firm working on the cutting edge of Cloud Implementations.

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution in Computer Science, Operations Management, Business Administration or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in Enterprise Business Applications space
• 4+ Years of experience in Oracle Demand Planning Cloud solutions Implementations involving Demand Management (Cloud or EBS WMS), Manhattan or other similar applications.
• Specific experience in Demand Planning Processes such as Service Provider Management, Oracle Global Order Promising and Warehouse Receiving, Put-away rules, Picking strategies, Cross-docking, Kitting and Expiry date management.
• Demonstrated experience in Solution Designs, Requirement Analysis, Functional Designs, Configuration Documentation, Troubleshooting and Integration Architecture
• Experience working with Technical teams on Interface design, development and testing
• Above average communication and client management skills
• A good understanding of Application Implementation methodologies
  
  
  

Preferred Requirements

• Experience in Oracle Cloud Implementations and integrating them with other on premise or cloud applications.
• Strong domain knowledge of Oracle Demand Planning Cloud Management processes
• Experience in Oracle EBS Supply Chain is a plus - R11 & R12 - in modules such as Order Management, Pricing, Shipping, Inventory, Procurement and Costing
• Experience in conducting Proof of Concepts & Configuring Sand-box environments for functionality demonstrations

US Base Pay Disclosure

Accelalpha follows a fair and equitable payment practice, taking into account many factors such as the candidate’s skill set, previous experience, as well as job duties, requirements, responsibilities, and work location. For this position, the base salary range is USD $80,000 to $100,000.

In addition to the base salary, this position includes an annual performance bonus, and other benefits such as 401(k), healthcare benefits, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, well-being benefits, paid vacation leave, paid sick leave, and paid holidays. Please consider that some benefits are voluntary and may require economic participation both from the company and the employee.

Pay increments and frequency of payment will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws.
