Yet another splendid all-Ducati podium provides the setting for the eleventh consecutive win, doubly precious since it marks our 100th victory in MotoGP and because it secures the 2024 Constructors' World Championship, the sixth title in our history and fifth consecutive. 100! A significant number in itself that takes on even a greater worth if we consider the short period of time in which it was attained, at least as far as the victories of recent years are concerned. But this is not merely a number: it is the result of a work carried out with commitment, enthusiasm and humility, always trying to grow and improve, and all together. A fundamental Team spirit that marks the sporting and human path, our demeanour and winning drive in which we firmly believe. I thank all the women and men of Ducati Corse for this, on the track and at home, my first thought and congratulations going to all of them: Our Champions! Today's victory bears Enea’s name: immense, with a race conduct that portrayed his prowess and how much he’s able to deliver when starting with the leaders. Not surprising, a crystalline talent who kept close to Martin until he launched the final attack, after both had lapped with awesome timings. Most impressive! Yes, an equally unrelenting Martin, immediately and fiercely challenging at the start and with a superior pace in the first laps in which he seemed to have more in store, then overpowering in his hunger for victory and in his nature of true fighter. Until the end, without ever being satisfied after Pecco's exit, he sought a success fraught with many risks and for this he must be given great credit, even more so after the unhappy epilogue of the last race. What a warrior! Pecco at the beginning was experiencing obvious difficulties due to a problem that we still have to analyse and after having been trailing in the first half of the race he was the protagonist of an irresistible second half of the contest, clocking incredible times, before finding himself in the gravel thus sadly ending a spasmodic chasing of the leaders. And so, after dominating the qualifiers and winning the Sprint Race, not only does he not recover any more world championship points, nor limits the damage, but incurs a most inopportune "zero". To complete the winning party, Marc Marquez, Bezzecchi and Morbidelli, 3rd, 4th and 5th, all contribute to the wonderful Ducati “five”, with all the teams represented and, above all, confirming all the good, or should we say excellent, performance they had shown in the last few races. Come on, Ducati! A special thought in a bittersweet vein: today it was an omen that No. 23 had to win... both on the track and deep in our hearts. Farewell, Luca! #Ducati #DucatiLenovoTeam #ForzaDucati #MotoGP

All the MotoGP liveries for British GP - and what they reference https://lnkd.in/eWVekhCq MotoGP teams have unveiled an array of 12 special liveries that will contest the series' throwback-themed British Grand Prix, celebrating the championship's 75-year anniversary. There are only 11 teams on the current MotoGP grid, but LCR runs split liveries due to one entry being backed by Castrol and another by Idemitsu - so has likewise prepared two different colour schemes for the Silverstone race. The key word there is 'race', singular, as - as is usually the practice in MotoGP versus other championships - bikes usually only run in special colour schemes on the final day of the race weekend, and this is again expected to be the case here. Here are the liveries in current championship order, and what the inspiration behind them is (...).

Another splendid leader table with five Ducatis in the top five positions. In particular, a perfect weekend for Pecco, who scores a one-two, his fourth this year, sealing his eighth seasonal win in the long race, as but a few champions have been able to achieve in MotoGP’s history. Once again and in the most crucial moments, he was able to masterfully manage the technical and competitive resources at his disposal, optimising them as best he knows how. Not only did he shorten the gap in the championship standings but he also reaffirmed his strength and determination, his psychological resilience in a season finale that is set to be fiery and highly exciting. With a scorching start he immediately imposed himself in a race that he dominated from first lap to last, a masterpiece built with intelligence, experience and supreme speed, always keeping his lead over Martin under control. A Martin who, in other respects, is not to be outdone: a monstrous first lap, which saw him close to the leaders in no time at all, anticipating a great comeback that took him to second position, vying for the lead, only to realise that he had to settle for a second place that is however pure gold. He cut his losses in an exemplary manner both in the Sprint and in Sunday's race, keeping his grip on a World Championship which he has so far conducted with great tenacity; it was a weekend spent in chasing, conditioned “only” by the unfortunate position he had on the starting grid. An important podium was gained by Marc Marquez after a complicated qualifying run. He managed to fend off well the attempts of a Bastianini who, as fiercely as usual, was the protagonist in the second half of the race after a somewhat tentative start that conditioned his entire race. We must take into account that these two are contesting a prestigious third place in the championship standings, with a gap that currently is of merely 2 points. Speaking of the Championship Crown... as is said: whatever the result, for us it will spell success! Yes, come what may! Mission accomplished: maths tells us that one of our riders will still be at the top of the world standings. This fills us with pride and prepares us for a great Ducati party, regardless of who the Champion will actually be. We are ready to enjoy a spectacular finale, that will be exactly that... spectacular! Always under the banner of sportsmanship, in what must be a distinguishing trait for a sport like ours, displaying all its grandeur! Come on, Ducati! #Ducati #DucatiLenovoTeam #ForzaDucati #MotoGP #JapaneseGP
