ICBAE is considered integrated because its approach encompasses all subsectors and sectors. As adults engage in learning, various fields such as health, business, agriculture, and vocational skills are interwoven into the entire learning process. Adult education is inherently multi-sectoral, addressing a broad range of areas and involving various stakeholders. DVV International East Africa
The event takes place over two days. On the first day, the ICBAE guidelines will be launched, featuring various sessions, including keynote speeches on the following topics: the relevance of ICBAE today, the research conducted during the review process for the development of the new ICBAE Programme, and the key features of the revised ICBAE Programme. The second day will focus on the dissemination of the ICBAE guidelines, providing detailed information on the upgraded learning areas, the implementation framework of the programme, and the positive impacts of community learning centers as hubs for lifelong learning and ICBAE service delivery. If you are thinking about accreditation or just want to standardize your practice you need to check this out!
In-person Accreditation workshops are back! These workshops underwent a hiatus due to COVID-19, but we — along with many of our quality organizations — have realized there is still a strong need for this type of in-person learning to help organizations adequately prepare for the Accreditation surveys. https://lnkd.in/eq5TYZKR

On a mission to improve flange fitting and pumping for parents and lactation professionals | IBCLC | Childbirth Educator | Speaker | Researcher
If you are an IBCLC and are looking to improve your skills and/or get new ideas for helping families whose babies struggle or even seem to "refuse" bottles, join the upcoming 2-session live, interactive workshop (via Zoom) with the wonderful Susan Howard! Remember how wonderful it is to attend something live! You can ask questions of the speaker, hear what your colleagues have to say as they make comments and ask questions, and you get it done on the two days it's scheduled for (instead of trying to schedule time yourself to sit down and watch it). Join! There's a workshop coming up this month, but there are more scheduled in September and October. There's also another Advanced Clinical Skills for the Bottle Refuser 1-session workshop coming up on August 29 (for those who have completed the BSBR course). and yes, there are CERPs for both workshops!
