Why should you work for us, work with us, let us care for your family member, or refer someone to us? Its a valid question. Its easy to say we are the best and our caregivers are the best, but so can other companies. Everyone thinks their employees are the best. We are an EMPLOYEE FIRST company. Doesn't mean we don't care about our clients. When we care for our employees, support them, appreciate, hear them, they do more for their care receiver/client than they would do if it was just a job. Our EMPLOYEE FIRST culture helped define our core values, and now our core values define our culture. That's our way of life, the Always Best Care way of life! Come experience it as an employee, as a client, as a family, as a referral partner, as a community member. Call 919-724-4297 today! #employeefirst #qualityofliferesources #corevaluesmatter

Check out our employee testimonial from Glassdoor: I have had the privilege of working at care indeed for the passed year and a half. It is honestly the first company that I enjoy working with. I say “with” instead of “for” because I feel treated as an equal there. Never once felt micromanaged or patronized. They are always willing to hear my concerns and address them. The CEO is never out of reach and checks in on a regular basis, which is rare in a company. Collaborating with our employees is a valuable aspect of our continuous commitment to improving our management. We care for our employees' insights and keep a listening ear to their thoughts. #EmployeeTestimonials #EmployerofChoice #CareIndeedReviews #CareIndeedRecruitment #HomeHealthHeroesWanted #BayAreaHomeHealthAgency #HiringinSiliconValley #JobsNearSanFrancisco #EntryLevelWelcome

Being a mother of a child with special needs is a journey filled with unique challenges and immeasurable rewards. Balancing this role with a demanding career can sometimes feel overwhelming, but it is also profoundly fulfilling. I am incredibly grateful for the support and understanding of my workplace. Having an employer that values flexibility, empathy, and inclusivity has made all the difference. It has allowed me to thrive both as a professional and as a mother. To all the working parents out there, especially those caring for children with special needs: you are not alone. And to the employers, creating a supportive environment isn’t just a benefit—it’s a necessity. It empowers your employees to bring their best selves to work every day, knowing they have a team that truly has their back. Together, we can foster workplaces that are not only productive but also compassionate and inclusive. Here’s to supporting each other, celebrating our unique journeys, and building a brighter, more understanding future. #WorkingMom #SpecialNeedsParent #InclusiveWorkplace #CareerAndFamily #SupportSystem RevenueWell #DownSyndrome #RevenueWell #DownSyndromeAwearness

Empowering Organizations Through Strategic HR Leadership. Looking forward to explore marketing side.
This is what a healthy & supportive #workculture looks like: I don’t care whether you come into the office at 8 am. I don’t care if you choose to work from home or not. I don’t care if you work from the garage while they fix your car. I hired you for a job and I trust you to get it done. Just let me know what you need from me to be successful in your role. And I will show up for you. Life happens! You don’t need to justify to me why you need a day off. You don’t need to explain how sick your child is to leave early. You don’t need to apologize for having a personal life. Yes, I care about results but I also care about you. We are all human and we are all adults. I lead people. I don’t run an adult day care center. Simple advice for anyone hiring: 1. Select the right people. 2. Agree on deliverables (be crystal clear). 3. Provide proper tools and support. 4. Get out of their way. Credit: Joanne Mok #healthyworkculture #worklifebalance #employeewellness #careergrowth #thursdaythoughts

As an employer offering your employees the best self care is important. When one of them loses a loved one typically they may get off work 3 days. Not near enough time to figure things out. Old friends sometimes fade away as time goes on because what once was is no more. Their role in life usually changes as they maneuver new tasks. Sometimes it’s so overwhelming they leave their positions. Putting in place a support system is one of the smartest and compassionate things to have in place.

Hey HR—when was the last time you advocated for your needs in the workplace? Kelli Thompson and Common both talked about how you can build more self-care, advocacy, and support into your day-to-day to boost your confidence, your career, and your workplace culture. https://hubs.la/Q02t20Z60

There are times our employees are having life experiences that require employers to have empathy for their situation. According to a study from MetLife, there are some life experiences where employees feel they are shown significantly less empathy than they expected. Do these statistics surprise you? What can we do from an employer standpoint to ensure our companies are offering their support during these situations?

One thing I have noticed as a professional recruiter is how impatient the corporate world has become! This is particularly evident with clients having a preference to often hire a candidate with little to no notice period if they can. 3 month notice periods seems like a lifetime to some Executives! I also often think about the impact this impatience has on parents with younger children. Of course, fitting in a job around caring responsibility has got "simpler" to organise in so far as employers offering more flexibility, but I don't think it has got any "easier" with this increased impatience in society to get the job done. It leaves little-to-no-time for parents to spend ANY time on themselves. The fabulous Emma Walsh, CEO and Founder of Parents At Work, and her team are conducting a national survey to give a voice to working parents and carers. If you are one of those, please take a few moments to complete it via the link below. It is an amazing opportunity to have a say on this important topic. https://bit.ly/3V4DRUr
