Jumping outside of your comfort zone Very early morning picture from a couple of weeks ago that made me think about few important topics in ones proffesional carreer. .....a beatiful dawn from #CEPSA tower in my first day of my new role. I'm starting a new position within Cepsa, after 26 exciting years in Cepsa Chemicals, joining #Cepsa/#Apical HVO/SAF project, key pillar of Cepsa's #Positivemotion strategy, in charge now of building all the commercial&trading piece of the project and adding hands for whatever is needed for the project success. All my past carreer and experience, with so many changes, helps me feeling confident in this new venture when one just jumps into something unknown for you, where you feel insecure and worried about if you would be able to deliver and contribute to the success of the Team and the project. That feeling is not unkown for me, is unconfortable, brings you stress, unsecurity, and a lot of doubts, Its just jumping out of your comfort zone!....but always appreciated as is a very healthy exercise...and at the end, I definitely enjoy it. Helps you to keep humble, you need a lot of help from your new colleagues during your learning curve, requires trust and a lot of Team work for a common dream...make everything happen. For everyone of you having the opportunity to change...do not hesitate...just jump! A beautiful dawn, is the start of a bright future.
