When talking about mine dewatering, the main objective of ABEL pumps is to reduce water settling, allowing the elimination of sedimentation ponds. ABEL helps to automate the pumping process and reduce the number of personnel hours required to clean the pond, generating an important improvement in the safety of the person and the operational continuity of the dewatering process. ABEL is committed to maximum process automation and greater safety for mine personnel. #mining #dewateringpumps #safety #undergroundmining

Our MRS is a system operated hydraulically, comprising two cylindrical storage tanks with agitators and a preparation tank equipped with a mixer, all mounted on a steel platform. This platform is fitted with four hydraulic jacks, operable both locally and remotely, enabling it to be positioned on various types of terrain. The system is designed to prepare, store, and recover drilling mud in diamond drilling operations. It offers the benefits of saving drilling additives and reclaiming water from the drilling well. This replaces the need for settling pools, which can hinder operations and cause soil contamination through percolation. Our solution effectively addresses growing environmental concerns and the scarcity of water resources. #watersavingdrilling #efficientmudrecovery #mining

As deep-sea mining nears commerical production, one of the remaining major issues is shipping nodules. Most mine-sites are extremely remote, and a specialist breed of bulk carrier ("STARS") is required. STARS will need to carry out relatively unusual operations in order to transfer nodules from a PSV in deepwater that is moving and harvesting. Various options exist, including line-astern and alongside transfers; either via slurry hose or conveyor - but in all cases these are unique operations with few precedents and limited regulations. Excellent overview of a relatively overlooked piece of the DSM puzzle. To add to the conversation, operators must also consider the broader legal implications of supply chain management. Transference, delivery, port tariffs, and much more will come into play following the initial harvesting activity; guidance and clarity from global regulatory bodies will be needed in order for investment interests to be actualized

After watching this video, I believe this issue isn’t too significant. In fact, problems like these are common and unavoidable during mining operations, particularly in the season of rainfall. The ditches are likely caused by inconsistent leveling during operations or because the material on the road cannot support the weight of the trucks. If rain is expected to stop in few days or weeks and the ramp will be consumed for production, the issue can be temporarily set aside to prioritize more pressing tasks. The water will eventually dry up, and conditions will return to normal. However, if this is a long-term or critical road, ramp repairs should be made by filling the low spots with durable materials capable of supporting the weight of truck, for instance granite.. Little edge of the road might be cut to allow the flow of water and prevent stagnancy. My little take.

For a kind of sewage, many models may have good results, and even cations and anions are both suitable. Then the purpose of Jar testing is to select the best one from many suitable models.Or choose the most suitable one according to the requirements such as sedimentation speed, floc tightness, cost, dosage, etc.#PAM #Polyacrylamide #wastewater #stp #mining #sandwashing #industrial #municipal
