Right or Left? I saw something interesting recently and it got me thinking about how much the QSR sector has evolved over the years - especially in terms of spatial design and customer care. Not long ago, smoking sections were a common feature inside fast food restaurants. Yet modern regulations and design philosophies have since pushed these areas outside, reflecting a broader societal shift towards healthier environments. Such as the example on the right side of the door in this picture. On the other hand (or the left side), the provision for stray dogs highlights a growing trend of compassion and intent among modern brands. It's heartening to see businesses take small but meaningful steps to show care for all beings, reflecting positive progression in their values and practices. Sun Tan City is the nation's fastest-growing chain of privately owned tanning salons, the brand is dedicated to providing outstanding client experience and excellent results in a clean, tranquil environment. But they needed a little help to really glow ✨ Prior to using Woven, corporate-operated Sun Tan City salons faced several challenges: ❌ Too much time spent switching between different platforms ❌ Manual and time-consuming audits ❌ Multiple lengthy process created time management challenges ❌ Fragmented communication Equipment and supply ordering was hosted separately from the system receiving orders. So, 2024. You don’t really have a high bar to match 2023 for me personally as it has been a horrid one, but professionally it’s a whole new ball game!
